The End of America details the ten steps a country takes when it slides toward fascism. It gives any reader (or viewer of the lecture) a much-needed history lesson and constitutional refresher. Most importantly, it puts the recent gradual loss of civil liberties in the U.S. in a historical context. Just as she is about to escape the difficult life for a better one, she is arrested and sent to prison for almost a year. After time passes, Lena quits drinking and happily raises her children. But a struggle with a violent white man (Peter Coyote) lands Lena back in prison when he is accidentally killed. HOPE & REDEMPTION: THE LENA BAKER STORY recounts the life of a woman whom few have heard of but none can forget after seeing this film.

Inspired by Jesus Christ’s own walk up the hill to Calvary, Arthur Blessitt began a 40-year trip around the world with a 12-foot wooden cross. Blessitt started his trek near his home in California, then brought his message across the United States to the Atlantic coast. Next on Blessitt’s itinerary was Northern Ireland, followed by the rest of the countries in the world, including those marked by communism and war. THE CROSS captures Blessitt’s faith-filled, four-decade expedition, culminating in 2008 after he visited every island group in the world.
